Platinum Orthodontics Lab, LLC, a Veteran owned and operated company located in Spokane, WA, is the cumulation of over 30 years of dental knowledge and experience. We strive to produce custom appliances in a timely manner with an emphasis on esthetics and fit. Our goal is to continue to branch out into the dental community while keeping our standards high and our costs reasonable.

We offer an extensive variety of Orthodontic appliances.

We are also offering same day repair with a 90 day gaurantee and same day Relines services. Having them available to us by 8 am, we will return them by 3:30 pm. We offer pick-up and delivery twice a day or send us your digital scans.
